pan pies are currently available monday and tuesday nights.

our pan pies are a totally different dough. It's a scicilian style that is proofed and pressed out all day long, layered with sliced whole milk brick mozzarella, lots of grana, and pecorino, and extra red sauce. Served with complementary ranch. Toppings vary, but most often we do personal pepperoni or calebrese salami and house made hot honey. These pies are served in addition to our regular menu.
