Shardell Dues's first job was making pizza and it will be her last. She began making pizza in 1998. She worked her way through a bunch of pizzerias including Apizza Scholls, where she ran the kitchen there for four years.
Our pizza place is welcoming to all, first and foremost. You can buy pizza anywhere, but you can't get pizza like this. We do full table service and really want to make our guests feel welcome! We offer dine-in, take out, and delivery through Caviar.
The pies are made from a poolish, which is a preferment. We bake our pies in a hot electric Baker's Pride oven. So that crust has a crunchy chewy texture and some superficial char. If you want it baked lighter, just ask.
